Hello, I'm Steve, the founder of WePure! As a cabinet maker working in a high-noise environment, I personally struggled with wireless earbuds. From declining noise cancellation to charging issues and failing microphones—often within just a year—I knew there had to be a better solution. This inspired me to seek out manufacturers who could create superior products with sustainability at their core.

Returns and Refunds
At WePure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.
Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at hello@wepure.shop. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund promptly.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

The ear buds work good. Sound is great. Cool case to look after them. Battery life is lasting longer than other sets I’ve had.
Awesome Earbuds, last me a whole day in the office (I pause them throughout the day) take clear phone calls and put out a good quality sound :-)
Cool little cable, good length at 1m, I also love the texture of the wheat straw plastic and the fact it doesn't kink or tangle :-)
These have insane noise cancellation and are extremely comfortable and light weight. Great battery as well, last a day at work easy and never fall out at the gym 😁
I love the look and feel of this piece. The fact that it it’s a fridge magnet means no more rummaging through kitchen drawers to find one! Thanks so much… this’d make a great stocking stuffer or secret Santa gift.
