At WePure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.
Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at hello@wepure.shop. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund promptly.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
