Our Products & Materials

What makes WePure products eco-friendly? Our earbuds and accessories are crafted primarily from bamboo and wheat straw composites instead of conventional plastics. Even our packaging and shipping materials are plastic-free. The only exception is one product that uses GRS-certified recycled plastic.

Do your products come with a warranty? Yes! All WePure products are backed by a 12-month warranty for peace of mind.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship? We ship internationally to select countries. Check out our Shipping Policy for specific rates and delivery times.

How do I track my order? We'll send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can follow your delivery through our website or the carrier's tracking portal.

What payment options do you offer? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Shop Pay.

Returns & Changes

What if I'm not happy with my purchase? We offer a 90-day return window because we want you to be completely confident in your purchase. Check our Returns Policy for details.

Can I modify my order after placing it? Reach out ASAP if you need changes. We'll do our best to help, though once an order ships, modifications aren't possible.
